By CarFrom the South: take I-95 North to PA route 476 North. Take exit 3 and turn right onto Baltimore Pike… From the North: take I-95 South to PA route 476 North. Take exit 3 and turn right onto Baltimore Pike… Or take the PA Turnpike to exit 334 onto PA route 476 South. Take exit 3 and turn left onto Baltimore Pike… Once on Baltimore Pike: Proceed about ½ mile to route 320, turn right onto 320 South and into the borough of Swarthmore. At the first light, turn right to stay on route 320, also known as Chester Road. Continue 2 ½ blocks (past Ogden and Elm) and look for our house on the left. If you reach another traffic light you’ve gone ½ block too far. If you reach the underpass that goes underneath Swarthmore train station, you’ve gone 1 ½ blocks too far. By TrainTake Amtrak or Septa to Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station. Transfer to Septa Regional Rail route R3 Media/Elwin and take the train to the Swarthmore station. Chester Road travels under the station. Downtown Swarthmore is on the South side of the station and our house is 1 ½ blocks North of the station on the right as you head up Chester Road.
