Deposit Policy

 

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of valid credit card information (number, name, CVV code and billing address). No charge is placed on the card except as provided in the cancellation policy. By providing this information, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

If you need to cancel your reservation within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, we will make every attempt to rebook the room. However, if we are not able to do so, we reserve the right to charge one day’s rate to the credit card supplied during reservation.

Children

 

Children over 10 are welcome, as long as they will respect our home and antiques, and are sensitive to the presence of our other guests.

 

Check-In and Check-Out

 

Guests generally check-in late afternoon or early evening. Let us know when you expect to arrive and we will arrange to be here to greet you.

 

Check-Out is 11am. You are welcome to leave your luggage here and retrieve it later.

 

Smoking

 

Smoking is not permitted inside our home, but you are free to smoke outside on the porch or patio.

 

Pets

 

We must ask that our guests not bring their pets.

We accept most major credit cards as well as gift certificates from BedandBreakfast.com
