Well furnished with an

antique oak high back bed, extended to  queen size and a hand-made country dresser.

 

There’s a lovely, thick Persian carpet on the floor, a bookcase full of books and four huge windows overlooking the side patio and yard as well as the west-facing front of our house.

The well-stuffed loveseat is actually a futon sleeper that can accommodate an extra guest. The inner spring mattress is very comfortable.  Please let us know in advance if you would like to have the futon made up.

Darrell Room

The Darrell room also has a wonderful Persian carpet, lots of books in the barrister bookcase and soft light from South-facing windows overlooking the side yard.

 

A futon chair with inner spring mattress is available for an extra guest.  Please let us know in advance if you wish to have the futon made up.

Nicely furnished with a full size, antique oak high back bed and matching dresser, along with a unique Welsh oak armoire.

Bath

A spacious bathroom, recently redone, is shared

by our guests occupying the Purcell and Darrell rooms.

And if you’ve had a long, exhausting day – perhaps walking the college campus – relax in the whirlpool tub. Yes, there’s a shower too.
